Return Policy
We have a very simple returns policy. If you're not happy then we're not happy.

You have several choices available to you:

• We can send you a replacement product.
• We can send you an alternative product if your original product is unavailable.
• We can issue you with a credit note for the same value for use later on.
• We can refund your money - by a method of our choosing - probably a cheque or a credit card refund. We can't or won't send cash.

It's your choice. In the unlikely event that you do need to return anything to us, please package it appropriately and return it the address below. Include a note advising your details: name, address and your email, plus an explanation of the problem and your preferred option from the list above.
